First time I have bought this type of mount, so I did so with an attitude of "give it a try". Well I was pleasantly surprised! The mount is well made, easily installed and reasonably priced. It is a snap to remove if necessary. I am using it to mount a fishfinder on my boat while bass fishing. Can easily change the finders position and it holds the fishfinder firmly in place even when bouncing over the water. Great product.
